Processing & Delivery
Please allow the timeframe listed on each product page for your order to be processed. Within 5 business days, you’ll receive an email with a digital mockup for your review before your stationery goes to print.
Domestic Shipping:
Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 3–7 business days via our courier. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, occasional delays can happen and are unfortunately beyond our control. Shipping costs vary depending on location and package weight.
If you need your order by a specific date, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your timeline. For rush orders, please contact us after placing your order to receive a quote and discuss feasibility. Studio pick-up is also available from our Geelong location.
International Shipping:
We proudly ship worldwide! Please contact us if you require your order shipped internationally and we can arrange a custom quote for you. Please note: international orders may incur import duties, taxes, or VAT once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and By Tylar Dane cannot cover these fees.
